• Payment is required to confirm a reservation. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• A service fee may apply for bookings made through our agency, separate from the carrier's base fare.
• You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information. Errors in names or dates may result in non-refundable fees.
• Confirmation of your booking will be provided via phone or email after payment is processed.

4Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the carrier's fare rules and the specific ticket type purchased. General guidelines are as follows:

* All cancellations must be requested by calling 1-855-544-9001 . Service fees charged by Ticket Destinations are non-refundable.

5Limitation of Liability

Ticket Destinations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any third-party services accessed through us.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service disruptions caused by any rail carrier. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking in question.
